FEATURES AND APPLICATION:
COOL5 is an innovative one-pack product that was modelled on the service procedure that is used in specialised workshops.
By applying COOL5 and all 5 substances contained in it =>, you activate 5 consecutive steps of a service procedure comparable to that used by professional workshops using specialised machines and 23 hPa vacuum equipment.
STEP 1: The chemical process of DRYING the system is carried out by an innovative substance contained in COOL5, during which (without creating a vacuum of 23 hPa) the preparation binds harmful moisture microparticles, which freeze and turn into ice crystals, hindering the flow of the refrigerant and causing the compressor to seize up. The preparation converts water molecules into synthetic oil, which supports the operation of the entire system.
STEP 2: SEALING process for O-rings and rubber seals in the system where most of the refrigerant escapes.
STEP 3: SEALING of aluminum components of the system, which oxidize and perforate due to moisture in the system, creating micro-leaks.
STEP 4: LUBRICATION process of the compressor system containing synthetic oils recommended by leading manufacturers of air conditioning compressors.
STEP 5: The process of REFILLING the refrigerant, which is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases that mix well with all commercially available refrigerants. The dried and sealed system from steps 1-4 is refilled with the missing, required amount of refrigerant.
PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION
• Cleans and refreshes the air conditioning system
• Effectively removes unpleasant odors
• Easy to use

-
- REMOVE SAFETY DEVICE Remove the red safety pin that protects the valve from accidental opening. Ensure that it is completely removed to allow gas to flow freely.
-
- CONNECT THE HOSE Open the vehicle bonnet and locate the low-pressure service port for the air conditioning system. Then insert the hose nozzle into the port, ensuring that it is securely connected. Hold the can upright to ensure correct dispensing of the product.
-
- OPEN THE VALVE Slowly turn the valve clockwise to start the process of refilling the gas in the air conditioning system.
-
- LOAD VERTICALLY When loading gas into the air conditioning system, keep the can upright. There is no need to turn it upside down – the substances it contains will enter the system anyway.
-
- MONITOR PRESSURE Watch the pressure gauge and stop filling when the pressure reaches between 40 and 45 PSI.
-
- LET IT WORK Do not turn off the engine or cooling system – allow the product to circulate fully throughout the system.
