1 Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Shop<\/strong> – online shop run by Nox2 sp. z o.o., available at www.cool5.eu. <\/li>\n
  • Customer <\/strong>– an individual, legal entity or organisational unit that purchases products from the Store.<\/li>\n
  • Seller<\/strong> – Nox2 sp. z o.o., with registered office at ul. Sarmacka 5G, 02-972 Warsaw, NIP: 9512604898. <\/li>\n
  • Merchandise<\/strong> – gas aerosols for car air conditioning and vehicle care chemicals available in theShop.<\/li>\n
  • Working days<\/strong> – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2 Scope of services provided<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The shop sells retail and wholesale products for car care and air-conditioning maintenance.<\/li>\n
    2. Sales are conducted via the online shop www.cool5.eu and possibly other sales channels (e.g. by telephone or e-mail).<\/li>\n
    3. All products offered in the Shop are brand new, free of defects and comply with the applicable standards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3 Rules for placing orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The customer can place an order via the website, by telephone or by e-mail.<\/li>\n
      2. Orders are processed after full payment has been made or, in the case of cash on delivery, after the order has been approved.<\/li>\n
      3. The customer undertakes to provide the correct data necessary to process the order.<\/li>\n
      4. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event that false data is suspected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4 Prices and payment methods<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. All prices quoted in the Shop are gross prices (including VAT).<\/li>\n
        2. The customer can make the payment:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          • by bank transfer,<\/li>\n
          • via electronic payment systems (Przelewy24, PayPal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            1. Delivery costs are added to the price of the products in accordance with the delivery price list available on the Shop website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              5 Fulfilment and delivery of orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

              1. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days after payment is credited.<\/li>\n
              2. Delivery is made via courier companies or InPost parcel machines.<\/li>\n
              3. The customer is obliged to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel is damaged, he\/she should draw up a damage protocol in the presence of the courier. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                6 Complaints and returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with the returns policy described on theStore website.<\/li>\n
                2. Returns are only possible on unopened products and in their original packaging.<\/li>\n
                3. In the case of a defective product, the customer can make a complaint by e-mail to office@nox2.eu or in writing to the company’s address.<\/li>\n
                4. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt and will inform the Customer of further proceedings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  7 Liability and limitations<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. The seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.<\/li>\n
                  2. Products containing aerosols and chemicals should be stored and used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.<\/li>\n
                  3. The vendor is not responsible for delays in delivery due to independent reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    8 Withdrawal from the agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.<\/li>\n
                    2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a statement to this effect to the e-mail address office@nox2.eu or to the company’s registered address.<\/li>\n
                    3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      9 Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.<\/li>\n
                      2. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
                      3.
