COOL5 Summer Full Kit AC Repair – a replacement for R134a – is a revolutionary formulation with comprehensive action, designed to carry out a complete air conditioning service on your own (DIY), in less than 5 minutes, without the need to visit a specialized workshop, without the use of specialized service tools and without generating a vacuum of 23 hPa. The kit comes with a charging cable with a pressure gauge that allows the contents of the package to be charged to the air conditioning system of 90% of passenger vehicles whose air conditioning system is powered by R134a refrigerant, i.e. cars manufactured up to 2016.
FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS:
Description of the product Summer Full Kit AC Repair:
COOL5 is an innovative one-pack product that was modelled on the service procedure that is used in specialised workshops.
By applying COOL5 Summer Full Kit AC Repair and all 5 substances contained therein => you initiate 5 consecutive steps of a service procedure comparable to that used by professional workshops using specialised 23 hPa vacuum machines and equipment.
STEP 1: the chemical process of DRYING the system is carried out by means of an innovative substance contained in COOL5, during which (without creating a vacuum of 23 hPa) the preparation binds microparticles of harmful moisture, which, when frozen, can turn into ice crystals and impede the flow of the refrigerant and seize the compressor. The formulation converts the water molecules into synthetic oil, supporting the operation of the entire system.
STEP 2: the process of SEALING the o’rings and rubber seals of the system, by which most of the refrigerant escapes.
STEP 3: the process of SEALING the aluminium components of the system, which, due to the moisture in the system, oxidise and perforate – creating micro leaks.
STEP 4: lubrication process for the system’s compressor containing synthetic oils that are recommended by leading A/C compressor manufacturers.
STEP 5: the process of REFRIGERATING the refrigerant, which is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases that successfully mixes with all commercially available refrigerants. The system, which has been dried and sealed in steps 1-4, is replenished with the
with the missing, required refrigerant charge.

By following the 6 steps - you inject all, essential ingredients your air conditioning system needs for smooth and uninterrupted operation:
- shake the container to mix all 5 substances COOL5
- screw on the included hose with pressure gauge
- find the low-pressure service port under the hood (13mm or 17mm in diameter
and marked with the letters LP) and unscrew the LP nut. Look for the LP port on the aluminum pipe of the AC system located around the engine (usually located just behind the front fascia) - Plug the plastic end of the hose into the low pressure port (letters LP)
- turn the container upside down and start loading the contents
- stop when the pressure gauge shows 40-45 psi (halfway along the green field of the clock)
- do not switch off the engine or cooling system, allowing the COOL5to reach full efficiency and performance as described in the steps below.

-
- SHAKE the container to mix all the substances contained in COOL5.
-
- SCREW the pressure gauge tube onto the preparation can.
-
- FIND under the bonnet of the car find the low pressure (LP) service port and insert the plastic end of the cable.
-
- TURN the container with the contents upside down and start loading the preparation.
-
- END at a pressure gauge reading of 40 – 45 PSI, complete the operations.
-
- WAIT do not switch off the engine and cooling system, allowing the preparation to reach full efficiency and function.
