FEATURES AND APPLICATION:
COOL5 is an innovative one-pack product that was modelled on the service procedure that is used in specialised workshops.
When applying COOL5 HOT Summer Full Kit AC Repair R134a and all
5 substances contained in it > you start 5 consecutive steps of the service procedure, comparable to that used by professional workshops using specialised machines and 23 hPa vacuum devices.
STEP 1: The chemical DRYING process of the system is carried out by an innovative substance contained in COOL5, during which (without creating a vacuum of 23 hPa) the preparation binds harmful moisture microparticles, which can freeze and turn
into ice crystals and impede the flow of the refrigerant and cause the compressor to seize up. The preparation converts water molecules into synthetic oil, which supports the operation of the entire system.
STEP 2: SEALING process for O-rings and rubber seals in the system where most of the refrigerant escapes.
STEP 3: SEALING of aluminum components of the system, which oxidize and perforate due to moisture in the system, creating micro-leaks.
STEP 4: The compressor LUBRICATION process contains synthetic oils that
are recommended by leading manufacturers of air conditioning compressors.
STEP 5: The refrigerant, which is a mixture of hydrocarbon gases that mix well with all commercially available agents, is added. The system, which has been dried and sealed in steps 1-4, is topped up
with the missing, required amount of refrigerant.
The hose with a pressure gauge for self-filling of car air conditioning is suitable for all cars. The hose with a pressure gauge fits 100% of car models. The hose with a pressure gauge is a tool needed to read the pressure and then fill the car air conditioning. The pressure gauge hose is intuitive to use and allows for quick and hassle-free filling of car air conditioning. The pressure gauge hose is reusable, making it environmentally friendly.
PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION
• Cleans and refreshes the air conditioning system
• Effectively removes unpleasant odors
• Easy to use

Intended use of COOL5 Disinfection BOMB and method of use:
With COOL5 2in1, you can lubricate the system yourself and refill the refrigerant in your car's air conditioning system to the required level, and with COOL5 Desinfection BOMB, you can get rid of unpleasant odours from the air vents and ventilation grilles in your car. All you have to do is set the air conditioning to maximum and the temperature to minimum, place the COOL5 Desinfection BOMB can behind the driver's seat, press the COOL5 Desinfection BOMB activator button and leave it in the car for approx. 10 minutes. During this time, the contents will refresh the interior of the vehicle, including the floor mats, upholstery, headliner and air conditioning vents. This will restore a fresh atmosphere in your car and neutralise unpleasant odours.
By following 6 steps, you inject the necessary components that your air conditioning system needs for efficient and uninterrupted operation:
- shake the container to mix all substances COOL5
- connect the supplied hose with pressure gauge
- Find the low pressure service port (13 mm or 17 mm in diameter
and marked with the letters LP) under the hood and unscrew the LP nut. Look for the LP port on the aluminum AC pipe located around the engine (usually located just behind the front belt). - Insert the plastic end of the hose into the low pressure port (marked LP).
- turn the container upside down and start loading the contents
- finish the operation when the pressure gauge reads 40–45 psi (halfway through the green zone on the gauge)
- Do not switch off the engine and cooling system, allowing COOL5
to reach full efficiency and perform the steps described below.

-
- SHAKE container in order to mix all substances contained in COOL5.
-
- SCREW the hose with the pressure gauge onto the canister containing the preparation.
-
- FIND under the bonnet of the car, locate the low pressure (LP) service port and insert the plastic hose end.
-
- TURN UPSIDE DOWN the container and begin loading the preparation.
-
- FINISH when the pressure gauge reads 40–45 PSI, finish the procedure.
-
- WAIT and do not switch off the engine or cooling system, allowing the product to reach full efficiency and effectiveness.
