Instructions for filling up car air conditioners with Cool5 products

When to use Cool5 products?

When the gas level in the air conditioning system is low. If the air conditioning system runs out of gas, the system will stop blowing cool air. Cool5 products allow you to replenish the gas in your car's cooling system yourself. In addition, we offer Cool5 LeakStop (sealant for rubber parts) to seal any leaks.

BEFORE USE, MAKE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES AND PROTECTIVE GLASSES.

User manual

Prepare the vehicle:

Start the engine and turn on the air conditioner (air conditioning).
Open the hood to access the air conditioning components.

Prepare the COOL 5® container:

Shake the COOL5® container well. This will ensure that all five substances contained in the product are properly mixed and activated.

Connect the pressure gauge:

Connect the line with the pressure gauge to the COOL5® container. Make sure the connection is secure.
Locate the low pressure service valve:

Identify the A/C low pressure service tap (LP tap). It is usually identified by the letters "LP".
The pin is located on the aluminum tube of the A/C system, usually near the engine or behind the front belt.
The LP pin is 13 mm or 17 mm in diameter.

Inject the contents of COOL5®:

Turn the COOL5® container upside down.
Start injecting the contents into the system through the LP service tap.

Monitor pressure gauge:

Keep a close eye on the gauge.
Continue the process until the gauge reads 45 psi, which is about halfway to the green area on the gauge.
Adjust based on the outside temperature using the chart that came with the product (not included in this text).

Let the system circulate:

After injecting the COOL5® solution, do not immediately switch off the engine or air conditioning.
Allow the engine and air conditioning system to run for a few minutes. This allows the COOL5® to fully circulate and achieve maximum efficiency.

By following the steps above, COOL5® will help ensure that your air conditioning system is properly maintained and running smoothly.
