We are a Polish manufacturer and distributor of specialized automotive chemicals and a confectioner of technical gases and replacement refrigerants R134a and R1234yf for air conditioning and heat pump equipment and units. In addition, our offer includes automotive cosmetics, confectioned in both spray and aerosol forms, as well as waxes and coatings for car paints. We have our own research and development laboratory, where we perfect the quality of products and the consistency of coatings. The entire production process is carried out in our own manufacturing plant, using our own production and warehouse personnel. We distribute our products to our distribution network in Europe, Africa and North America.

GUIDE TO SAFE SHIPMENT RECEIPT

We have made every effort to ensure that the products shipped to you arrive intact. a) we conduct inspections and monitoring of goods shipped from our warehouse b) the packaging stage is also mostly monitored c) the courier receiving the shipment simultaneously confirms that the packaging of the goods received is intact

ON THE WAY TO THE CUSTOMER

We send you electronically (email or sms) any changes in the status of your order. You can monitor the status of your order yourself at any stage of shipment by going to the link provided.

POSTAGE

Before you sign for the receipt of the shipment from the courier, carefully check the packaging from all sides.
The courier can not refuse to check the shipment at the time of receipt.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or goods (such as holes in the packaging, dents, tears, rips, cracks, etc.) then immediately ask the courier to write a damage report.

RESERVATIONS ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE SHIPMENT
